Completing the conveyancing
Once a successful negotiation has culminated in a signed contract, the conveyance of the title to the property to you has to be properly undertaken. The vendor's title particulars and details outlined in the vendors section 32 statement will require verification on your behalf. Do some research on whether you should use a solicitor or a conveyancer for this job. This will be a decision you are responsible for.
